Arboreal Light - 5.1% ABV
A blend of foudre- and puncheon-aged mixed culture beers, further aged on Centennialquats and Mandarinquats from our friends at Pearson Ranch in California, and then dry-hopped with a touch Hallertau Mittlefruh and Azacca.
Orange blossoms on a sunny day, moderate oak tannin and vanillin, clean acidity and subtle Brett funk

We blended this beer in collaboration with fellow 2020 GABF Specialty Saison medalists Alesong Brewing & Blending and Coldfire Brewing. They came down to our Glendoveer brewery to taste through a bunch of oak with us, and we settled on a bright blend with lots of citrus notes, that was a perfect base for our further citrus additions. A subtle dose of dry-hopping added some background herbal grassiness and stone fruit pungency.
