A Night in Tallinn - Decocted Baltic Porter; (dried fruit, malted milk ball, silky) 7.4%

We've brewed this beer for the colder months for the last few years, and now it makes its debut in cans! Baltic porter is a cold-fermented, strong and smooth dark beer brewed with lager yeast and extensive cold maturation. Our version is rich, chocolatey, and redolent of dried fruit and winter cheer. Tallinn is the capital of Estonia, which is one of the Baltic countries.

Motueka Pils - Modern, dry-hopped Pilsner w/ Southern Hemisphere hops; (limeade, tangelo, juicy fruit) 4.9%

This is another beer in the scope of our Modern Pilsner concept, and we played around with the hopping schedule to get a decidedly more tropical fruit aroma and balanced bitterness this time around. It's going into summer in the Southern Hemisphere, and this a perfect beer to bring some of that southern sunshine to counteract the classic Northwest autumn.
