Seamless Transition - Imperial Hazy IPA w/ Nelson, Enigma, Strata, Mosaic and Citra hops 8.1% ABV

We’re delighted to announce that this Imperial Hazy IPA will be making its way into cans very soon! The can artwork will feature the “seamless transition” of scenery on the drive from Mt. Hood to Bend, OR. Just like the drive from our majestic mountain to the beautiful dry desert of Central Oregon, we aimed to make this beer as smooth as possible. A generous addition of Southern Hemisphere hops complement the fruity esters of the yeast and blend well with berry/citrus-forward American varietals, creating flavors of passionfruit, raspberry, apricot, and pineapple.

Eat Me Cake - Tart Ale w/ Blackberry, Black Currants and Lavender 5.6% ABV

Our follow up beer to Drink Me Potion in our “Tart Ale” series, is a luscious, yet well-rounded fruited kettle sour ale with Lavender. We used organic English lavender in the boil and a generous amount of fruit in fermentation to create a harmonious balance of acidity and fruit/floral character.
