Chef Danielle will teach you everything you need to know to make perfect ravioli, including hand-kneading techniques. Once the dough has been prepared and rolled into sheets, you'll fill them with whole milk ricotta and herbs, then top the ravioli in a buttery sauce with quickly braised local greens.
