From a galaxy far far away comes Ewok Dreams! This NEW IPA is releasing at our Pearl location this Friday, July 10th.

Ewok Dreams – IPA w/ Simcoe, Chinook & Strata; grapefruit, resin, bright 6.9%

We tasked our brewer Maddy right out the gate with filling a gap in our IPA selection by making a pine and citrus-forward IPA with a simple malt bill. She chose a blend of two-row and pale malts with some of our most pronounced citrus and pine forward hop lots. The beer is dry, refreshing, drinks lower than its ABV, and hit a bullseye. In Maddy’s own words it is “reminiscent of midnight walks through the forests of Endor.”
